Returning a package with Colissimo

Do you wish to return a MUSSOFI product? We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return procedure

1. Contact us via our contact form to obtain a return label.
2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
3. Affix the Colissimo return label to the package
4. Drop off your parcel at a Colissimo point

Return conditions

• Unopened and unused product
• Original packaging intact
• Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt

Refund: Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
