Mussofi is a French natural cosmetics brand founded in 2022, specializing in skincare for Black and mixed-race skin. We offer a complete range of anti-dark spot and skin-brightening products: Radiance Cream , Radiance Serum , Radiance Body Lotion , Hydrating Cleansing Gel , and Gentle Exfoliating Gel . All our products are formulated with patented natural active ingredients and made in France .
What are the main active ingredients in your products?
Our formulas contain patented natural active ingredients specifically selected for black and mixed-race skin:
• Vitamin C : evens skin tone and reduces blemishes
• Hyaluronic acid : intense hydration
• Shikimic acid : gentle exfoliation
• Alpha glucan-oligosaccharide : soothes and protects
• Niacinamide : reduces hyperpigmentation
These active ingredients are combined in clean formulas free of parabens, sulfates or silicones.
Are your products really suitable for black and mixed-race skin?
Yes, absolutely! All our products are specifically formulated and tested for black, dark, and mixed-race skin . We use patented natural active ingredients that target the specific concerns of these skin types: hyperpigmentation, dehydration, and uneven skin tone.
Are your products natural?
Yes! Our formulas are enriched with patented natural active ingredients (vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, shikimic acid, alpha glucan-oligosaccharide). We prioritize naturally derived ingredients while guaranteeing efficacy and safety.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested to guarantee their safety and tolerance, even on sensitive skin.
Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or silicones?
No! Our formulas are clean : no parabens, no harsh sulfates, no silicones. Our cleansing gels are soap-free to respect your skin's natural balance.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes! Our products are formulated to respect sensitive skin. The Cleansing Gel is soap-free and fragrance-free. If in doubt, test on a small area before the first full use.
Are your products made in France?
Yes, all our products are made in France in compliance with the strictest quality standards.
💡 Usage & Results
How long will it take to see results?
The first results (more hydrated and radiant skin) are visible from the first week . For dark spots, allow 2 to 4 weeks of regular use. Complete transformation takes place in 4 to 8 weeks .
What routine should I choose to start with?
We recommend starting with the Daily Facial Routine (3 essential products). Simple, effective, and with proven results in 4 weeks. See our Routine Guide for more details.
In what order should the products be applied?
Always from lightest to richest:
1. Cleansing Gel → 2. Exfoliating Gel (if exfoliating day) → 3. Serum → 4. Body Cream or Lotion
How often should I use the Exfoliating Gel?
Face: 1 to 2 times per week
Body: 2 to 3 times per week
Do not exceed this frequency to avoid irritating the skin.
How long do the products last?
In normal daily use:
• Cleansing Gel (200ml): 2-3 months
• Serum (30ml): 2-3 months
• Cream (50ml): 2-3 months
• Body Lotion (400ml): 2-3 months
• Exfoliating Gel (200ml): 3-4 months (weekly use)
Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Our products are formulated with natural active ingredients. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Should I use sunscreen?
Yes, absolutely! Sunscreen is essential in the morning to prevent the appearance of new dark spots and protect your skin. Apply it after your moisturizer.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before shipment . Contact us promptly via our contact page with your order number.
Can I use multiple promo codes?
No, you can only use one promo code per order . The code will be automatically applied to your cart.

Yes! Our digital gift cards are available in several amounts. Perfect for giving your loved ones a choice.
📦 Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
• Free delivery on orders over €70 in mainland France
• Under €70: €7 for Colissimo home delivery and €5 for Mondial Relay pickup point
• French overseas territories and international: prices vary depending on the destination
What are the delivery times?
• Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
• French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): 7 to 10 business days
• International: 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time.
Do you deliver to collection points?
Yes, you can choose delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point when placing your order for more flexibility.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
First, check your package tracking. If the delivery time has passed or you encounter any problems, contact us with your order number, and we will find a solution quickly.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes! You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an unopened product in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?
1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization
2. Return the product(s) in their original packaging
3. We will process the refund within 7 days of receipt.
Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?
No, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You must return the product for a refund, then place a new order.
What should I do if my product is defective?
Contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will process a free exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
